  • When to take Coconut Cider Vinegar?
Mix 1 to 2 tablespoons (15-30ml) with a glass of water and take up to 3 times a day immediately before meals. It can also be used in cooking to add a delicious flavour to salads, vegetables, sauces, seasonings, and marinades.
  • Coconut vs Apple Cider Vinegar
The biggest difference is the taste. When you open the bottle of apple or Coconut Cider Vinegar they both have a familiar ‘acetic acid’ aroma, as you would expect from traditional vinegar. But when you taste Coconut Cider Vinegar (CCV) fans will describe it as slightly sweeter and milder in taste than the apple cider variety making it a little more palatable.
